Hydroleaf calculate shipping cost based on the weight of product. Delays in postage sometimes happen but in 99% of orders you will get your item in the fastest possible time. Direct freight express, TNT Express & Auspost are the couriers we use for shipping. Please note: Additional shipping may be required for bulky items and/or remote area's.

All bottles are sold brand new from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated and all smaller bottles are taped up before leaving the store to reduce the chance of leaking while in transit. Please check your order for damage that may have occurred in shipping. In the event of a genuine claim of damaged goods, please contact us with details and photos as evidence including the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage or tampering. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving so we can raise claim with carriers.
1 Year by Australian consumer guarantee unless specified manufacturer warranty is longer. Defective returns on all products within 14 days of receipt: If an item fails within the first 14 days of receipt, please email/call us. We will determine if the item needs to be returned, if so we will organise freight back or reimburse customer for return postage Once the item is received we will determine if it can be repaired or needs replacing. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received damaged, smashed or modified in any way will void the warranty.
New product returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt and at our discrection. The following items can not be returned as a change of mind purchase. Nutrients, additives, lamps / lights / CFL's & Growing Substrate Custom made items, for example, NFT channels and aluminium frames cut to specification Special orders, for products not regularly stocked. these items will be marked as "Special Order" on invoice. Any items specifically cut to size at your request, for example, items we cut per meter as films, tubing, flower support mesh and more. Commercial quantities are non refundable. Clearance items are non refundable.
