At Hydroleaf, we strive to ensure your hydroponic supplies arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

International Shipping

• Availability: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
• Customs Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hydroleaf. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods or custom-made products, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@hydroleaf.com or call us at . We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
• Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items can be exchanged for the same product or a different product of equal value. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.
• Process: Follow the return process outlined above to return the original item. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
